1977
Glenn Computer Corporation started as a service bureau specializing in mortgage servicing and accounting. The company quickly grew with a loyal customer base.
1984
GCC released one of the industry’s first computerized loan origination systems. The front-end loan origination and back-end servicing systems experienced market success and the products were continuously enhanced.
1998
The front-end loan origination product was released in a Windows format. A separate loan origination software company called Mortgage Builder Software was spun off so Glenn Computer could focus solely on the mortgage servicing business.
2004
Glenn Computer Corporation was renamed GCC Servicing Systems to reflect our emphasis and leadership as a provider of mortgage servicing technology. The servicing software was upgraded to a Windows-based platform.
2009
GCC enhanced and re-branded the product as G/SERV and is used by leading mortgage servicing organizations across the country.
